Weight Management

Our medical weight management program is designed to support metabolism, appetite regulation, and long-term wellness—always under the supervision of experienced, licensed healthcare providers.

At Sirena, our patients meet with Physician Assistant Jenine Gesino, PA-C, or Nurse Practitioner Kristen Stehle, APRN, who will review your lab results, health history and help determine whether our program is appropriate for your goals and needs. If clinically indicated, your provider may recommend additional supportive treatments based on your individual profile.

FAQ

  • Our program is a physician-supervised approach to weight management that combines lifestyle guidance with clinical support. It’s designed for individuals who want to lose weight safely, improve their health, and build sustainable habits—with the help of licensed healthcare providers.

  • During your initial consultation, a licensed provider will review your medical history, lab work, and personal goals. They will discuss whether our program is appropriate for you and, if so, develop a personalized plan. This may include nutritional support, behavioral strategies, lab monitoring, and—if medically indicated—prescription-based treatment.

  • If a medication is clinically appropriate for your specific health needs, your provider may discuss treatment options during your consultation. We do not promote or advertise prescription drugs online. Any medical therapies are offered only after a personalized evaluation and in accordance with federal and state law.

  • New patients begin with weekly check-ins to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and receive personalized support as they start their journey. Once progress is established and goals are being met, follow-up frequency may shift to biweekly or monthly, depending on the patient’s individual needs and the provider’s clinical judgment.
